レンタルガイドラインと情報
自転車をレンタルするには、有効な写真付き身分証明書（運転免許証、学生証、パスポートなど）をご持参ください。レンタル時に身分証明書のコピーを作成いたします。
ご予約は、ウェブサイトの予約フォームまたはホームページ上のチャットツールから承っております。繁忙期には、事前のご予約をおすすめいたします。ご予約にデポジットは不要です。
ご予約をキャンセルされる場合は、ご予約当日の正午までにメールまたはチャットにてご連絡ください。キャンセル料はかかりません。
営業時間は午前9時から午後4時までです。午前9時前に自転車をご利用になる場合は、事前にメールまたはチャットでご連絡ください。
レンタル自転車は当日の午後4時までにご返却ください。セルフ返却の場合は、レンタル翌日の午前11時までが最終返却時間となります。セルフ返却の詳細については、こちらをご覧ください。
当店は年中無休で営業しております。ただし、雨天時や悪天候の場合は休業する場合がございます。最新情報は公式ソーシャルメディアアカウントで随時お知らせいたします。
自転車のレンタルにはデポジットは不要です。フロントデスクにて無料の荷物預かりサービスをご利用いただけます。貴重品はご自身で管理してください。
京都の街は碁盤の目のように整理されており、通りの名前も分かりやすく表示されているので、迷うことなく移動できます。無料の地図をご用意しておりますので、必要な方はスタッフまでお申し付けください。
京都の多くの観光地には駐輪場がありますが、全てではありません。目的地に駐輪場がない場合は、近隣の有料駐車場をご利用ください。路上や禁止区域には駐輪しないでください。
