Rental Guidelines
Operating Hours
All vehicles are available for use from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on the reservation day.
Please make sure to return the vehicle before the end of business hours on the same day.
Payment and Identification
Please pay the rental fee in advance at the store.
A valid ID (such as a passport or Japanese driver’s license) is required when renting a bike.
Cycling Etiquette
Please be sure to read the "Kyoto Cycling Traffic Rules and Etiquette Guide" before departure.

About Reservations
After submitting your reservation, the system will send a "Reservation Confirmation Email" to your inbox. This email will be sent immediately.

If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact us as soon as possible.
Vehicle Types and Additional Services
Child seats are available for children under 6 years old and can only be installed on electric bike models.
❌ Cancellations and Late Arrivals
If you need to cancel or will be late, please notify us in advance.
If you do not show up and do not notify us on the reservation day, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
⚠️ About the Reservation System
System limitations may cause the interface to show "1 day" even if you selected a "2-day plan" or "3-day plan."
Rest assured, the system backend has recorded the correct number of days for your plan.
