⏰ After-Hours Bicycle Return Instructions

If you are unable to return your bicycle during our regular business hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM), we offer an after-hours return service, allowing you to return the bicycle to our shop by 11:00 PM on the same day. Please read the following instructions carefully:

✅ Option: Return to Shop by 11:00 PM (Free of Charge)

You may return the bicycle to our shop before 11:00 PM on the same day at no additional cost. Please follow these steps:

How to Apply for After-Hours Return

  • You can select "After-Hours Return" during your booking, or

  • Contact the shop owner before 3:00 PM on the day of return to apply for this option.
    (Contact methods: WeChat, LINE, WhatsApp, or email.)

Once your application is received, we will send you the code for the key lockbox.

After 6:00 PM (when the shop is closed), please follow these steps:

  1. Use the provided code to open the key lockbox at the entrance and retrieve the shop key.

  2. Unlock the door with the key and park the bicycle in the designated area inside.

  3. Close and lock the door securely, return the key to the lockbox, and make sure it is locked.

⚠️ Please make sure to complete the return by 11:00 PM on the same day.
If the bicycle is returned after 11:00 PM, it will be considered a next-day return, and extra charges will apply.

🕒 Next-Day Return (Extra Charge Applies)

If you choose to return the bicycle the next morning, fees are as follows:

  • ✅ Return by 9:00 AM: Additional 500 yen per bicycle

  • ❌ Return after 9:00 AM: Full extra day rental fee will be charged

❌ Prohibited Return Methods

  • Do not leave the bicycle on public roads, sidewalks, or non-designated areas.

  • Do not park at unauthorized private or commercial locations.

  • Do not fail to return the key or fail to complete the return procedure.

💡 Important Notes

  • Bicycles must be returned to our shop (Nakakyō-ku, Nakashiroyama-cho location) only.

  • Returns to other street parking locations are not accepted.
